Abstract Title: The teaching path design and practical effect evaluation of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into digital nursing practice
Biography: Qianqian Wu graduated from Shanxi Medical University and has been engaged in clinical teaching for 11 years. She has participated in the writing of many papers and projects, is a diabetes specialist nurse in Shanxi Province, a member of the research center group of endocrine and metabolic diseases in Shanxi Medical University, and serves on several academic committees.
Research Interest: Objective:Based on the development of nursing education under the background of digital transformation, this study focuses on the deep integration of curriculum ideological and political education and digital nursing practice, systematically constructs the teaching path of nursing interns and evaluates its effect, so as to provide basis for nursing clinical practice education. Methods : A total of 132 nursing interns in grade 2023 and grade 2024 were selected and divided into control group ( 66 cases ) and observation group ( 66 cases ). The observation group adopted the traditional teaching mode, while the control group adopted the digital teaching path of integrating curriculum ideological and political education into clinical practice teaching, forming a teaching path of knowledge mastery-skill training-value shaping. The theoretical and operational scores, academic self-efficacy scale ( ASES ), humanistic care ability scale ( CAI ) and patient satisfaction scale of the two groups of interns were observed. Results : ( 1 ) The theoretical score of the observation group was 82 ± 5.62 points, the theoretical score of the control group was 86 ± 4.92 points, the operation score of the observation group was 85 ± 6.52 points, and the operation score of the control group was 89 ± 5.72 points. The score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group ( P < 0.05 ). ( 2 ) In the self-efficacy scale, humanistic care ability scale and patient satisfaction scale, the scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion : The new teaching path of collaborative development of science and technology empowerment and humanistic care can cultivate compound nursing talents with both competence and professional mission, and promote the innovative development of nursing education mode.
