The wound healing rate, self-management behavior ( DSMQ-SF ), psychological resilience ( CD-RISC-10 ) and social support level ( SSRS ) were compared between the two groups within 6 months. Conclusion : Results The wound healing rate ( 76.7 % vs 53.3 %, P < 0.05 ) and self-management behavior score ( 24.5 ± 3.2 vs 18.7 ± 4.1, P < 0.01 ) in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the improvement of psychological resilience and social support level was more significant.
